Flagship Bids

Questions

Who is this for?

Small and mid-sized firms in Ireland and the UK that bid for public contracts and run short of time to write them: construction, facilities, catering, cleaning, care, IT and professional services.

What exactly do I get back?

A compliance matrix covering every requirement in the tender pack, a full draft answer to every quality question inside its word limit, and a list of evidence that is still missing. You get editable Word files and the matrix as a spreadsheet.

Do you submit the bid?

No. You review the response, make any changes, sign the declarations and submit it through the buyer's portal yourself. The bid is yours and you are responsible for what it says.

How does "on time or you pay nothing" work?

The 3 working days start when we have received the tender pack, your documents and the answers to our questions from the call, and we have confirmed the start time to you by email. If we hand over after the end of the third working day, we do not invoice you. The tender needs to close at least 5 working days after the start, so you have time to review.

Can you guarantee I will win?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. A buyer scores your bid against others, and your price and track record count as much as the writing. What you can hold us to is a complete response, with every requirement checked in the matrix, handed over on time.

Why is it a fixed price?

So you know the cost before you start. €1,750 in Ireland or £1,500 in the UK per tender, excluding VAT. Unusually large tenders, such as several lots or more than about 15 quality questions, are quoted on the call before you commit. There is never a success fee.

Do you use AI?

Yes. AI software reads the tender and drafts the answers, and a person checks every line against your documents before handover. With each handover we write down how AI was used, so you can answer a buyer who asks. We only use AI services whose terms say your content is not used to train their models.

What happens to my documents?

They are used only for your bid and deleted 30 days after handover, unless you ask us in writing to keep them so your next bid is faster. See the privacy notice.

Can I see past bids you have written?

Not yet. Flagship Bids is new and every bid belongs to the client who paid for it. We will show examples only with a client's written permission. The sample matrix on the home page shows the format.

Can you download the tender documents for me?

Usually not. Most tender documents sit behind a supplier login on the buyer's portal (eTenders in Ireland, Find a Tender and others in the UK). Registration is free for you, and you send us the pack.
